Why keeping busy is a good thing – so long as you can keep organised

In the last couple of weeks, I’ve used this blog to share with you a couple of my favourite quick and easy lean breakfast recipes.

You can watch me talk you through how I make Heat & Eat Lean Proats and my perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs by visiting their respective pages. This week however I want to talk to you about something a bit different: our lives.

Don’t worry, I’m not getting all deep on you here! Rather, I wanted to speak about just how busy we are all these days. In between work, gym, socialising, cooking, cleaning and chilling out with that Netflix box set you need to catch up on, it can be easy to lose track of what you ought to be doing. Even worse, being overwhelmed by everything can really decrease your productivity – it happens to all of us.

But being busy is a good thing – so long as you manage to keep yourself organised. I know as much as anyone how tough that can be, which is why I wanted to share my experiences to help you keep motivated to achieve your goals and objectives, no matter what they are.

How can Heat & Eat Lean make my life easier?

As you juggle the things that really matter to you, Heat & Eat Lean can take all the stress away from you when it comes to cooking and cleaning up. Our fantastic subscription plans help save you the holy trinity of time, money and effort – letting you focus on the important things.

How does it work, we hear you ask? To make things simple, we’ve put together a subscription FAQ which you can check out here, but ultimately all you need to do is sign up, tell us what ingredients you don’t like, then leave all the cooking to us. Each week we’ll deliver fresh, home cooked meals to your door which are ready to eat, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Reclaim those hours spent hovering over your hob and washing machine and keep your diet healthy and lean at the same time. Visit the Heat & Eat Lean menu and scroll down to the subscription section to get started, and remember you can contact me whenever you like if you have any questions. I’d be delighted to help.

I’ll be back next week with more tips to help you keep it lean, no matter what your goals and lifestyle choices may be.

In the meantime, please do ensure you’re following our social channels (links are at the bottom of the page) and are signed up to our newsletter: you’ll be the first to know about new recipes, menu additions, special discount offers, vlogs and much more.

Remember to get your orders in by Friday 12pm and ensure your meal prep for next week is sorted in an instant.

We really appreciate your support as always!
