Since posting our first vlog last week – which was all about how you can make our hugely popular topped Proats at home – I’ve been lucky to hear some amazing feedback from you guys.

Like I said last week, the aim of these is to give you an insight into the Heat & Eat Lean kitchen and how we work passionately to save you time, money and effort.

This week I’m continuing the breakfast theme by showing you another of my favourite early morning dishes: perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs with a tasty twist!

They’re a great source of protein to help ensure you get off to a lean start to a day hopefully later topped up by your bespoke Heat & Eat Lean menu choices which are sitting in your fridge ready to go!

For ease of reference from the video, and here’s what you need to do for super fluffy scrambled eggs – do NOT microwave! Keep them moving at all the times – the eggs in the pan we mean, not you!

What if I don’t have time to make Fluffy Scrambled Egg?

It may not just be a question of time, of course – you may also simply not enjoy spending any time in the kitchen whatsoever! Whatever your reason may be for not picking up your own whisk, that’s exactly what Heat & Eat Lean is here for.
